Refund policy

At Laurant™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your order’s delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To start a return, please contact us at james@mirusgroupllc.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
    We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a clear photo of the issue and your order number to [support@laurantunique.com], and we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Used drinkware or opened packaging
